<abstract>
<p>This paper presents a brief overview of the Land Administration Domain Model (ISO 19152 standard) and studies the development of the LADM national profile of the Republic of Croatia. Suggestions for better registration of separate parts of property as well as for 3D visualization of buildings and their separate parts (apartments, office spaces, etc.) are provided through use of case examples. A unique feature identifier of the separate parts of a property as well as volume registration of those separate parts is proposed as the preliminary basis for the Croatian 3D cadastre.</p>
